Abstract
It is generally accepted that the contemporary capitalism is entered into thenew stage. The Political Economics must present a growth theory and itsstrategy on the new level considering the new change, while maintaining theold issues. This paper tries to come up with the solidarity growth model at theknowledge-based era, joining the Evolutionary Economics on ‘innovation’ and‘institution’ with the Post-Keynesian Economics about ‘income distribution’.This model includes theoretical and empirical contents two schools haveaccumulated. Firstly, the economic growth is encouraged by innovation andinstitution, namely the National Innovation System rather than the ‘threeproduction factors’ of the Neo-classical Economics. Secondly, the institutionalconstellation of innovation systems and the growth models vary nationally.Thirdly, the way of combining the growth and the distribution is nationallydiverse. The potential solidarity growth depends on nation-specific, “finetuning competencies” The model presented in this paper is greatly modifiedfrom the model of Amable(1993) and improved in my own way.
